Who we are

A professional community for safer everyday life

The professional association “World Police Counter-Terrorism Organisation” brings together serving and retired police officers, state and private security staff, security experts, academics from related sciences and disciplines, and citizens from all walks of life for whom terrorism is an important security issue.

C.T.O. is a non-governmental, non-profit association based in Belgrade. We act independently and cooperate with institutions, associations, companies and experts in Serbia and abroad – with one goal: to make security knowledge available to everyone.

We connect security structures to exchange experience and organise public talks, seminars, courses and workshops. Through the organisation, members can become instructors and lecturers.
