TERRORISM AND CTO AS AN ORGANIZATION
The word terrorism is derived from the Latin word terror meaning horror or horror.
Terror is the planned spread of fear and horror to make people obedient or submissive, and using terror to achieve political or economic ends is called terrorism.
The word terrorism was first mentioned during the French civil revolution that began in 1789, pointing to a general state of fear that was deliberately created for political purposes.

Why do we exist and why is it important to educate the public about ways to exploit individuals and groups for terrorist purposes?
Based on recent events and many studies by domestic and international institutions, it is common knowledge that the Balkans have a political interest in intimidating the public, or using terror for that purpose.
The World Police Organization C.T.O. (World Police Counter-Terrorism Organization) aims to highlight the fight against terrorism through education and public awareness, action and assistance in the work of local counter-terrorism institutions.
In this text we want to raise the awareness of citizens about the dangers of terrorism and ways of exploiting individuals and groups for terrorist purposes.
The most common and easiest way to exploit persons for the purpose of committing a terrorist act is to encourage and educate people to extreme persuasions, whether in religious or political ideas, this method has proven to be very effective.
Therefore, it should be emphasized that no religion or correct political ideology in its proper profession encourages extreme action, following or practicing.
This is a very important factor in which the key is the early detection and labeling of all those groups who practice or offer something in an extreme way, which must be an alarm for exploration and tracking with a dose of caution to all of us, especially young people who are offered an extreme way of practicing and confession of religion, political or other beliefs.
Of course, we can simplify this and say that everything that is offered to us and that indicates signs of extreme practice is not right or wrong.
According to the foregoing obligation of all of us to fight and act in accordance with our capabilities to prevent terrorist groups from acting in the Balkans, by educating and learning about the ways terrorist groups operate, and the ways and methods of detecting and preventing terrorism.
Most acts of terrorism have shown that terrorist groups use young people who intentionally and deliberately prepare and train them for such an act, through the extreme exercise of faith, in order to get the impression that they are committing a terrorist act as a holy warrior who is willing and able to live their own lives for their belief .
As an example, I cite the terrorist attack on the US Embassy in Sarajevo by Mevlid Jasarevic in 2011. It is clear that during the course of the trial, Jasarevic changed attitudes several times, so at the very beginning of the trial he justified the commission of a terrorist act through retaliation for the American people for the acts they commit to Muslims in the East, while in the course of further proceedings he confessed how he was used by extreme religious persuasion and how the people who had encouraged him to do so were now at large, and he was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
This is one of the evidences of the activities of terrorist organizations aimed at intimidating and proving power in the Balkans. Their existence and functioning further threatens the unstable political scene in our area, which places us in the eyes of major global projects as a risky area in the world of economy and investment in economic development.
Through the work of our organization C.T.O. I have the desire to point out our actions and encourage the public, and especially young people who are offered extreme religious or political or any other belief that they are guided above all by common sense, apply international and local laws, and religious regulations, and as such act properly and honorably, also be free to point out the existence of extremism so that we can all work together to fight terrorism.
I take the opportunity to invite you and welcome you to all well-meaning individuals, associations and informal groups of citizens in the common fight against terrorism, follow us through our educations, seminars and our program of action.
